The room is over priced for what was provided. We would not stay here again as it was poor value

Location was well suited to our requirements.

Furniture was shabby. There was nowhere to put our suitcases. Nowhere to hang any clothing. No hand towel supplied - should not have to use a bath/shower to dry hands after using the toilet. Shower water pressure pathetic.

I did like the fact they let us check in early so we could park our car there.

The room was dirty stains all over the carpet hole in the wall smoke alarms had been stolen the tv wasn't there, just the remote.

NOT recommended!

Location.

Renovations had been done. Paint over carpet/ lino. Putty still rough in walls. Beds so worn out that they actually curved up round you so your body was lying on the base. Used nappies, toilet paper, soap, toilet brush and general rubbish all over ground outside window and accumulated under bushes and in corners of paving. I have NEVER stayed anywhere like this. Let alone at $180 a night for 2.

Disappointing ...felt deceived ...wreaked of incompetency

Location was perfect ..we went to Cirque du Soleil ...literally just across the road

We booked a room that was advertised with a Queen sized bed and a kitchenette ...we arrived and paid for the room and opened the door and found we had been given a tiny room with two single beds .We went back to reception and were told " sorry...that's what came up on the booking on the Computer here" ...We went back to reception and showed them the confirmation Email we had clearly confirming that we had booked a Queen room etc and were told ..."sorry ...they are all taken " ...so we were offered a 10% discount but it seemed reluctant ... Unlikely we would ever stay there again ...it felt dishonest ...we are now wary of booking.com as well and will look at other options in future...sorry

Appeared to have perminent families staying there which made my partner uncomfortable stopping there

No facilities in room Toilet broke down We had to ask for tea and Coffee etc They gave us enough for 1 night we were there for 3 No cooking utentsiles pot or pan even though there is a stove avaliable

Close to venue reasonably comfortable except for emergency housing clients who were so disrespectful

Locality

Emergency Housing clients who were disrespectful of cleanliness and lack of consideration of other patrons. Children everywhere sitting on stairways, playing in driveway and parking area (very dangerous as was quite busy) leaving rubbish everyway. I.e broken toys. Adults continually yelling and smoking in non smoking area. One family were shifting out when we arrived and said that they were coming the next day for the rest of their things. Their things were stacked up metres high at the end of a corridor in rubbish bags like rubbish! They were not picked up the next day and I would imagine if not picked up soon would attract rodents! The children were out playing until 11pm and at times loud music playing.

Right across the road from asb showgrounds which we were there for.

No coffee. Dirty shower. Dirty kitchen shelves. Toilet roll holder broken on the ground so toilet paper unrolled.

Nothing

The smell when you walked in of old. The cold atmosphere. The grotty curtains and decor. The repulsive bathroom and shower. Toilet leaking. Blankets that did not fit the bed. No coffee or tea at all. No milk. An extension cord brought in if you wanted power as so few power outlets. The unkept walk to the door of weeds, muds and cigarette butts.

Close to Logan Campbell centre

Stains on the carpet and walls, very very musty smell. Everything felt dirty. Toilet made a horrible loud noise after flushing.. was way over priced, I feel very ripped off.

Good location for gig, comfy clean bed.

The smoke alarm had no battery, and was in the cupboard! The lamp had a hole in the shade, sparked when switchec on, and found on inspecting closer that the bulb did not even fit and wasbalanced in place. There was no tea or coffee or milk, had to go and ask,no conditioner, no hairdryer. Stains up walls.

Location handy to concert venue. Linen was fresh & clean.

We had requested 3 beds. Got 2 and a couch too small to sleep on. Got shifted to a 'nonsmoking' room that wasn't......cigarette ash still in the bathroom & smelt. Had a folddown couch & duvet but no sheets.

Room was smaller than photo online made it look. My mother-in-law had a walker which she could not move around the furniture to get to bathroom. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Some things were set up for one person:- 1x breakfast bowl, 1x blanket, 1x mug etc. Shower waste vent kept popping up. There were no instructions on how to work the TV

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and although they delayed our checkin (we arrived at 6pm and had to go away for dinner while they dealt with it) it still smelled and our clothes reaked the next morning. The facilities were old and the tv didn't work.

very noisy fridge bathroom door lock on OUTSIDE of door toilet door had been removed - not good if two people sharing the room poor home-handy-man look to sealing on bathroom vanity generally a very tired property thin walls - noise from other rooms!

Bed was comfortable and fridge was quiet, shower has good water pressure and hot water.

The drunken people, the smokers, the parking, the music/noise from Parklane and the one the other side, plus the early morning music from other visitors. The mold in the rooms, no proper ventilation, no security on rear windows, fridge is way too small.

There was nothing to like about this place.

The rate. Very over priced run down and dilapidated room definetly not what I expected for $190 per night. The sheets had stains on the them, holes in walls , paint peeling on the ceiling, garbage left outside my room, the smell of cigarettes. Will not be using this website again. I would have rathered paid an $50 a night and stated in the city.
